Service Cancellation Policy: 1. Cancellation by the Customer: Customers may cancel the service by providing a written notice at least 2 days prior to the scheduled service start date. Any cancellation made after this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid. 2. Cancellation by the Company: In the event that the company is unable to provide the requested service, we reserve the right to cancel the service. In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible, and any payments made will be fully refunded. 3. Refunds: Refunds for cancelled services will be processed within 3 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund amount may be subject to deductions for any non-refundable expenses incurred by the company. 4. Rescheduling: Customers may request to reschedule the service, subject to availability and agreement by both parties. Any rescheduling requests should be made at least 1 day prior to the scheduled service.
